About Sanius Health

Sanius Health is a fast growing digital health and real world evidence company working with the NHS, life sciences partners and patient organisations to improve how care is delivered at scale. We design and run national registries, remote monitoring platforms and data services across oncology, rare disease and long term conditions. We are scaling quickly and building a commercial team that moves fast, speaks to customers daily and closes real deals. This internship is hands on and revenue facing from day one. You will contribute to live opportunities, not observe from the sidelines.

The role

This is a sales first internship. A significant part of your day will be outbound calling, following up leads and booking meetings with senior NHS and industry stakeholders. You should expect to spend real time on the phone every day. If you are confident speaking to new people, comfortable making calls and enjoy turning conversations into outcomes, you will thrive here. If you prefer purely desk based work, this will not be the right fit. You will work directly with senior sales leads and the CEO and learn how enterprise health tech sales actually happen.

What you will do

  • Make daily outbound calls to NHS Trusts, ICBs, pharma and partner organisations
  • Book qualified meetings for the senior commercial team
  • Follow up inbound leads and event contacts
  • Run email and LinkedIn outreach alongside calling
  • Build and maintain CRM and pipeline tracking
  • Prepare account research and briefing notes
  • Support proposals, decks and commercial documents
  • Track KPIs including calls, meetings, conversions and revenue impact
  • Help improve outreach processes and win rates

What we are looking for

  • Confident and articulate on the phone
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls each day
  • Clear communicator who builds rapport quickly
  • Resilient and positive when facing rejection
  • Organised and detail oriented
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Interest in healthcare, NHS transformation or life sciences is a bonus

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, fundraising or any people facing role is highly valued. Energy and communication matter more than a perfect CV.

What you will gain

  • Direct exposure to NHS and pharma sales cycles
  • Real commercial ownership early in your career
  • Experience working alongside founders and senior operators
  • Skills in negotiation, pipeline management and closing
  • Clear path to a permanent Sales Associate role for top performers

Compensation

  • Annual salary starting from £22,568 which is the legal minimum for 18 to 20 year olds
  • £26,436 for candidates aged 21 and over in line with UK National Living Wage
  • Typical offer range £28,000 to £30,800 depending on experience and location
  • Performance bonus up to 30 percent based on calls, meetings booked and qualified opportunities created
  • Typical on target earnings £32,000 to £40,000
  • Travel expenses covered for required client or event attendance
  • Hybrid London and remote flexibility

Duration

3 to 6 months with potential extension or full time conversion

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note explaining why you want to work in health tech sales and one example of a time you persuaded someone, sold something or picked up the phone and made something happen. If you like speaking to people and making things move, you will fit right in. If you hate calls, this role will feel very long very quickly.
