About Sanius Health

Sanius Health is redefining the way healthcare works for people living with rare and chronic conditions. We combine data, technology, and empathy to build an ecosystem that improves lives, not just clinical outcomes. As we scale across events, partnerships, and data-driven initiatives, operational clarity and sharp communication become a competitive advantage. This role exists to build both.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As our Junior Operations & Growth Associate, you’ll sit at the intersection of execution, analysis, and communication. You’ll bring structure to fast-moving initiatives, track performance across projects, and translate complex data into clear, visual insight that informs decisions at leadership level. This isn’t admin. It’s operational leverage. You’ll build the models. You’ll track the metrics. And you’ll turn numbers into sharp, decision-ready narratives through clean data visualisation and compelling Keynote presentations. If you enjoy turning ambiguity into structure and raw data into clarity, this role will stretch you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise internal operational systems to improve efficiency and accountability
  • Build structured Excel models and performance dashboards that support decision-making
  • Track KPIs across ventures and growth initiatives, identifying trends and performance gaps
  • Translate complex data into clear, visually compelling reports and presentations
  • Design high-quality Keynote decks that communicate strategy, performance, and growth plans
  • Create clean data visualisations that make insights immediately understandable
  • Support cross-functional projects from planning through execution
  • Conduct structured research (market, competitor, operational) to inform strategic decisions
  • Improve documentation, reporting frameworks, and internal clarity
  • Configure and maintain simple web platforms (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress) when required

About You

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, analytics, or project roles
  • Confident using Keynote to build sharp, executive-level presentations
  • Good eye for layout, hierarchy, and clean data visualisation (clarity over decoration)
  • Able to turn raw numbers into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
  • Highly organised and structured in your thinking
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
  • Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, CRM systems)
  • Motivated by ownership and rapid learning in a scaling environment
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in healthcare, healthtech, or high-growth settings.

Why This Role Matters

  • Decision impact – Your analysis and visual communication will shape real strategic choices.
  • Operational ownership – You’ll build systems and reporting frameworks that scale with the business.
  • Accelerated growth – Strong performance here builds a pathway toward Senior Operations or Chief of Staff roles.

This role is demanding. Precision matters. Clarity matters. Standards are high. If you want to build real operational capability, not just manage tasks, this is the seat.
