The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Operations and Support Manager to operate at the centre of delivery across our healthcare and life sciences programmes. This is a high impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership, clinical partners and commercial teams. You will take ownership of turning complex discussions into structured outputs, ensuring multiple projects progress with clarity, pace and precision. This role is critical to how Sanius delivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery across multiple projects in healthcare and life sciences
  • Convert senior stakeholder meetings into clear, structured proposals and outputs, this is a core requirement
  • Build and manage datasets to support operational and commercial decision making
  • Produce high quality written materials including proposals, reports and client documents
  • Develop high impact presentations for senior stakeholders across healthcare and life sciences
  • Translate complex data and discussions into clear, visually compelling slides and narratives
  • Create and maintain presentation materials using PowerPoint and Canva to a high professional standard
  • Ensure all outputs are structured, polished and aligned to senior executive expectations
  • Support the preparation of board level materials, investor updates and client presentations
  • Track actions, timelines and deliverables across programmes
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure execution
  • Support continuous improvement of operational processes

  • A degree from a leading university with a minimum 2:1
  • Exceptional writing ability, with a clear and structured style
  • Proven ability to convert discussions into proposals and deliverables, this is essential
  • Strong data capability with advanced spreadsheet skills, this is critical
  • Excellent presentation skills with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, executive level materials
