This is a standout opportunity for a sharp, proactive and highly capable individual to step into a fast-paced operations and growth role, supporting a founder and CEO across a portfolio of ambitious ventures. It’s a hybrid position, part operations lead, part strategic support, designed for someone early in their career but ready to take on real responsibility and grow quickly.

Yes, there will be some classic PA elements, like managing diaries, travel and admin. But the real substance of this role lies in helping to build, scale and optimise new ventures from the ground up. Based in our Canary Wharf office, you’ll be working at the heart of a high-energy environment where ideas move quickly, and execution matters. If you’re the type who thrives in early-stage businesses, enjoys finding solutions to messy problems and wants to be right where the action is, this role will suit you perfectly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct operational support to the founder, including calendar management, communications and logistics.
  • Keep complex projects on track across multiple businesses, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Prepare briefs, write follow-up notes and ensure action points move forward.
  • Liaise confidently with suppliers, stakeholders and partners.
  • Support the launch of new initiatives, from brainstorming to real-world execution.
  • Improve and own internal systems and processes that help the business operate smoothly.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a strategic sounding board, helping translate big ideas into clear, actionable steps.
  • Work on confidential growth hacking projects designed to test bold ideas quickly, some of which will succeed and others that will (spectacularly or quietly) fail—resilience and learning from both is key.
  • Be comfortable configuring and updating basic websites using platforms like Wix, Squarespace or WordPress—no coding required, just logic, creativity and a little visual taste.
  • Be a 10 out of 10 in Excel—you’ll be expected to build clean, functional sheets that actually help people make decisions.
  • Use Keynote confidently to help shape slick, impactful presentations when needed.
About You
  • Experience leading or supporting special projects, ideally in healthcare or healthtech, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver results to tight deadlines.
  • Strength in managing daily operations and internal communications, as well as developing and maintaining clear, effective content and documentation.
  • Proven ability to conduct structured research—market, competitor, or operational—to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
  • Comfortable wearing many hats, from strategic support to hands-on execution; adaptable, resourceful, and always ready to pitch in.
  • Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and grow with the business, bringing a solutions-focused approach to building and scaling ventures.
  • Early in your career, but hungry to learn fast through real-world experience.
  • Naturally organised and methodical, with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive and independent, with sound judgment and a bias for action.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion and Slack.
  • Detail-focused but able to see how your work connects to the bigger picture.
  • Adaptable, calm under pressure and always willing to pitch in.
  • Looking for a role that will challenge you, stretch you and evolve with you.
What You’ll Gain
  • First-hand experience of how businesses are built, launched and scaled.
  • A seat in the room where key decisions are made.
  • Exposure to a wide range of projects and industries.
  • A fast path toward senior operational roles, including project lead or chief of staff.
  • The chance to shape your own growth in a company that rewards initiative.
  • Office-based role in Canary Wharf, surrounded by energy, ambition and strong coffee.
