We are seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience providing high-quality care within a healthcare, residential, or community setting.
You will play a vital role in supporting patients with their daily needs, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care in line with individual care plans
- Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and hydration
- Monitor and record observations accurately
- Support nurses and senior staff in delivering safe, effective care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
