MANAGER, CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Our UK business continues to grow, and we are now looking for a Commercial Manager to strengthen our front-end commercial operations and help shape the next phase of our journey. This is a key leadership role within our UK operations, responsible for overseeing customer service, order management, and commercial administration, ensuring seamless coordination between our Sales team and Birstall Operations. The role will play a critical part in improving commercial processes, driving accountability across teams, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Leading and developing the Customer Service and Commercial Administration teams • Supporting the Sales team with quotations, enquiries, and project coordination • Building stronger commercial alignment between Sales, Operations, and Group Management • Monitoring key KPIs across order processing, quotation turnaround, and customer response times • We are looking for someone who brings both commercial structure and operational leadership.
