Your main purpose:
- Own the execution of the UK market plan, translating headquarters strategy into locally relevant, high-impact actions that drive premium brand growth and measurable demand.
- Develop, launch, and optimize integrated B2B and D2C campaigns for UK audiences, briefing and directing HQ teams (brand, CRM, digital, PR) and ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Act as a business partner to the Regional Sales Director, providing market insight and hands-on support to achieve KPIs, financial targets, and commercial decisions.
- Lead and support commercial partnerships, including luxury travel agents, tour operators, affiliate programs, loyalty programs, and bank/credit card company initiatives, maximizing visibility and conversion.
- Oversee UK brand, communications, PR investments, media relations, and regional brand activations, with clear KPIs and post-campaign analysis.
- Deliver robust UK reporting and insights in collaboration with CIRA and external partners, including campaign ROI, cost per acquisition, dashboards, and structured guest and trade insight, while ensuring effective governance and compliance with UK travel law and consumer protection standards.
What will you bring?
- Proven expertise in delivering UK growth plans within travel, hotel, or resort marketing, translating strategy into actionable, locally relevant plans.
- Strong commercial background in the travel, hotel, or resort sectors, with experience using data to optimize cost per acquisition and maximize ROI.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial, sleeves-rolled-up approach, thriving in environments with limited resources and a bias to action.
- Hands-on experience designing, launching, and optimizing integrated B2B and D2C marketing campaigns for UK travel/hospitality audiences, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Deep knowledge of the UK travel landscape, including building and sustaining partnerships with luxury travel agents, tour operators, and other external stakeholders.
- Strong experience in brand, communications, PR, media relations, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
