We\’re seeking a motivated, experienced plumbing professional who thrives in a hands-on role and takes initiative—perfect for a self-starter ready to make an impact.
Your Role: As a dual-role leader, you’ll be responsible for both estimating and managing commercial plumbing projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and up to code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze plans, specs, and site conditions to develop accurate plumbing estimates
- Prepare detailed proposals and bid packages for commercial projects
- Source and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
- Oversee awarded projects, managing schedules, budgets, and field coordination
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, GC partners, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating and project management
- Deep knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Trimble, FastPIPE) and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber (preferred but not required)
