We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff to join our friendly catering team to assist in the preparation and serving of main meals, snacks and drinks for the students, staff and visitors at Sandymoor Ormiston Academy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and serving of main meals, snacks and drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
  • Support staff, students and visitors during meal times.
  • Work 22.5 hours per week during school term time (39 weeks per year).

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in catering or food service preferred.
  • Experience working with young people in an educational setting is an advantage.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to communicate clearly and effectively across all platforms.
  • Commitment to maintaining high expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour.
