The Character Education Trust (Wrotham and Aylesford School) are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our finance team. Based primarily at Wrotham, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in finance within a supportive and fast-growing environment.
Working across both Schools within the Trust, under the guidance and support of an experienced and supportive Finance Director, the successful candidate will be supporting the important and critical work that finance does that underpins the success of the School environment.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong character, be able to work well to deadlines, be self-motivated and able to take direction. Previous experience of working within finance is not essential, as full training will be given. All we ask is the candidate has an open mind, a willingness to learn new things, and be able to communicate effectively.
A full UK driving license will need to be held by the candidate as this role will involve movement between the two schools currently in our Trust. This position is term time plus 1 week (days to be agreed) and pro-rata salary will be offered.
