Science Technician

Start Date: February/March 2026

Full time equivalent starting salary £27,198 gross per annum (pro rata to £23,639) (Hillview Range 6 Point 10 £27,198-£28,542 fte)

37 hours per week

Hours of work between 8.00am-4.00pm Mon-Thursday and 8.00am-3.30pm on Friday term-time only, plus Inset days.

Role and responsibilities

Science Technicians hold a crucial role within the school and provide support to the Science department, ensuring that everything is prepared ahead in time for lessons and that equipment for any experiment is ready. The Science Technician will work alongside the Senior Science Technician and the teaching staff within the department.
