With high pupil contact time 1:1, small class sizes of up to four students and the reward of working with complex relationships – the impact YOU will have will be phenomenal! We are a therapeutic education setting that focuses on therapeutic teaching to meet the needs of every individual child and young person.
We are looking for passionate and resilient Teaching Assistants who have experience in teaching in mainstream or SEN specialist schools with SEMH needs. The most important thing is that you have a passion to support and nurture children and young people in a therapeutic classroom where our teachers deliver a bespoke curriculum to meet the needs of each of our students.

Salary £12,096 per annum term‑time only 0.6, (3 days per week) Maternity Cover from September 2026 for 9 months.
Working Days and Hours: Tuesday to Thursday, 9am-5pm
