Are you passionate about making a real difference to young people? We are looking for a resilient, compassionate Teaching Assistant with reintegration responsibilities to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs within our school. This is a rewarding role where you will help students re-engage with education, develop positive behaviours, and achieve success.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Builds strong, trusting relationships with young people
- Remains calm and consistent in challenging situations
- Has high expectations for behaviour and learning
- Works well within a supportive team and has a sense of humour
Experience in SEND, alternative provision, youth work, or pastoral support is desirable but not essential — attitude and commitment matter most.
