As part of our recruitment for September 2026, Chilmington Green School is hosting a recruitment evening on Wednesday 11th February 2026. This event will share our exciting plans for the school and the progress that has been made so far.
The staff body is a dynamic team who are supportive, friendly, and dedicated to instilling the qualities of pride, respect, and resilience in the next generation of children. Chilmington Green works collaboratively with United Learning’s cluster of highly successful schools in the area, Wye School and Ashford School, and as a result, staff will benefit from richer and wider opportunities for continued professional development (CPD). We welcome applications from both ECTs and experienced practitioners. Potential TLRs are available with this role.
The successful candidate will join the school in September 2026 and will be part of the growing team of staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to shape and grow the school during its formative years. The successful candidate will be:
