We’re seeking enthusiastic, patient, and committed Teaching Assistants to join our team at Ebbsfleet Green Primary School. You’ll work closely with class teachers and support staff to help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for pupils with a range of needs.
About The Role
- Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support to help pupils access learning.
- Assist with personal care needs when required, always ensuring dignity and respect.
- Help deliver creative, inclusive lessons and interventions.
- Encourage independence, build confidence, and foster a love of learning.
- Contribute to a calm, nurturing, and positive school atmosphere.
Who You Are
- Passionate about making a difference to children with SEND.
- Experienced in supporting pupils with ASD, speech and language needs, SEMH, or other additional needs.
- Ideally qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Calm, empathetic, and resilient under pressure.
- Committed to continuous professional development.
