About the Role
As our SENDCO, you will lead and manage SEND provision across the school, ensuring every child receives a high‑quality education and thrives both socially and academically. You will:
- Work closely with staff, parents and external professionals
- Support and develop colleagues who are eager to learn and committed to inclusive practice
- Collaborate with the experienced MAST SENDCOs to share best practice

- Is passionate about giving SEND pupils the best life chances
- Holds the National SENCO Award or is willing to undertake it with our support
