In this role, you will adopt a therapeutic approach that integrates educational and therapy targets into every aspect of school life. We encourage all of our employees to further their career development and we respect initiative and ambition. We are committed to performance management, staff training, coaching, mentoring and peer support. You will receive a structured process of induction and will benefit from the collective support of an experienced network of colleagues.
From all staff we expect commitment to the school and a desire to improve and excel. As part of this commitment, teachers are expected to be willing and able to move between departments to further their professional development and support the school.
