We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic School Receptionist who embodies the school’s distinctive Christian values and is excited to support us as we continue the next chapter of our journey. The position is for 19 hours per week, worked as follows:

  • Monday: 12.15 pm – 4.15 pm
  • Tuesday: 8.15 am – 4.15 pm
  • Friday: 8.15 am – 4.15 pm

As the first point of contact at our school, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be confident communicating with both adults and children. You will man the busy reception desk, greet visitors, manage telephone enquiries, and provide essential administrative support to the Office Administrator. This fast-paced role requires an organised individual who can remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates a commitment to our distinctive Christian vision and values
  • Has experience of working in a school environment
  • Is an excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has experience of working in a school office or fast paced/busy environment
  • Has GCSE or equivalent level, including at least a Grade 4 (previously Grade C) in English and Maths
