Join the team at Wrotham School. We are seeking a motivated and organised 6th Form Study Supervisor & Pastoral Support Manager to support students in our thriving Sixth Form environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and helping young people achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Sixth Form study areas and maintain a productive learning environment
- Support students with independent study and organisation
- Monitor attendance and punctuality during study periods
- Encourage positive behaviour and high academic standards
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support student progress
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
