Grade: KSB (£25,126 FTE)

Responsible to: PA to the Headteacher

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time only + plus 15 days/3 weeks during half term/summer to be agreed with line manager.

Borden is actively seeking a highly competent and skilled Receptionist to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of the school. This crucial role requires a proactive and professional approach, as you will manage the school's main reception area, serving as the primary first point of contact for all visitors, parents, and students.

The successful candidate will be expected to master a diverse range of responsibilities that ensures the smooth daily running of the reception and main office. This includes expertly managing communication channels, directing inquiries, maintaining visitor logs, and contributing to the administrative ethos of efficiency and precision.

Exceptional IT and communication skills, a high degree of organisation, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion are essential.
