We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Liaison Officer to join the Fulston family. This is a rewarding opportunity to become a highly visible and approachable presence within our school community, supporting families in engaging with their child's education and well-being. You will play a key role in promoting student wellbeing, acting as a vital link between families, students, pastoral staff, and teachers. In this role, you will serve as a supportive point of contact for students, working collaboratively with school staff, external agencies, and families to identify and address barriers to attendance. You will help students engage positively with their education and access the support they need to thrive both academically and emotionally.
The successful candidate will:
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths at Grade 5 or above
- Experience working in a school setting or with young people aged 11–19
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally have experience with Google Classroom and Management Information Systems such as Arbor and ClassCharts
