Canterbury Road is a small school, often considered a family by staff, pupils and parents alike. We look after one another and a pupil’s wellbeing is at the centre of what we do. The ideal candidate will be experienced, with a proven record of successful KS1 practice but outstanding ECTs will be considered. You must have excellent subject knowledge, be passionate about teaching and dedicated to getting the best from our interested children. We have high expectations and as a result of these, a strong ethos and excellent teaching and care, pupils achieve highly. We are a ‘family’ school and supporting our families as well as the children is part of our culture.
