We are currently on an exciting journey to be registered as a therapeutic community and welcome staff who follow this ethos. The successful candidate would be reviewing the Health & Safety aspects within the school and ensure updated in line with guidelines and legislation. In addition to this they would provide expert advice and support to staff, helping maintain a safe environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Due to the nature of the role the ideal applicant must hold, at minimum, English & Maths GCSE Grade 4 or above and NEBOSH or equivalent. Comprehensive H&S experience including developing and executing safety improvement policies and plans is essential.
