Lady Boswell’s C. E. (Aided) Primary School is a Church school - which has been awarded an Outstanding Award by Ofsted in 2022. We are a caring and committed team, where the rights and responsibilities of pupils, staff and parents are valued.
We are looking for an enthusiastic After-School Club Manager to join our team and oversee our successful club which is used by approx 100 pupils per day.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing staff within the After School Club
- Creating rotas
- Plan different activities for the children
- Ensuring the safety of the children
- Ensure H & S and Food Hygiene policies and procedures are followed
The role is for either 4 (not Fridays) or 5 days, term time only, from 3pm - 6.15pm.
The salary for this vacancy is Kent Pay Scheme KSD: £27,904 FTE, actual salary - 4 days £8,363.88, 5 days £10,454.86.
The successful candidates will be expected to:
- Be someone who enjoys working with children
- Be a good team player, flexible and prepared to use their initiative
- Have experience of managing a team of people
- Have strong organisational skills
- Have regard to the Christian character of the School and its Foundation
