We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our happy village school. We have a vacancy for a SEND teaching assistant on a fixed term basis from Feb 26 - Mar 27, with the possibility to extend based on available funding. Ideally you will have some experience of working with pupils with SEND but support and training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn is the most important quality we look for.
The post is for 20-25 hours p/wk across 5 days, term time only (38 weeks p/yr). Start time will be 8.30am. Ideally we are looking for someone who is willing to work with children with a high level of need, potentially across classrooms rather than be fully classroom based, with a sense of humour and a ready smile who is able to appreciate the joy in our learning community and engage with our supportive parents/carers to deliver our vision.
