Hours: 32.5 hours per week (including 1 hour unpaid lunch break) 8.30am – 4pm
Working weeks: 39 weeks (term time plus INSET days)
We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to manage classrooms in the absence of the teacher and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans. The Cover Supervisor must maintain a positive and productive learning environment, supporting students with their learning and behaviour in order to achieve their full potential.
We would like to encourage applications from individuals who have experience of working with pupils and are confident in managing a classroom. Successful candidates would also demonstrate strong communication and organisation skills. This post would suit a recently qualified teacher yet to take up a teaching position, or someone wishing to embark on teacher training in the future. Job shares and a flexibility in working hours may be considered.
