Overview
Are you a data expert ready to champion the strategic use of Management Information Systems (MIS) across our dynamic Multi-Academy Trust? We are looking for an exceptional Trust MIS Coordinator to be the technical brain that drives data accuracy, strategic reporting, and educational excellence across our academies.
Responsibilities
- Bromcom Expertise: Acting as the internal expert and Bromcom Champion, providing advanced technical support and training to staff across all academies.
- Statutory Compliance: Supporting the data team on the accurate and timely submission of all DfE Census returns and supporting the Tables Checking Exercise.
- Data Reporting: Leading the completion of data for the Academic Standards Review (ASR) and assisting with ad hoc data requests from Trust leadership.
- Systems Support: Providing essential support for the Trust's central data analytics system and other educational platforms (e.g., SAM Learning, Filer).
- Data Analysis: Assisting with the import, verification, and analysis of external examination results (KS4/KS5) for performance reporting.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in the administration, management, and strategic development of Bromcom MIS within an educational setting (school or MAT).
- Demonstrable experience assisting with the coordination and submission of statutory data returns (Census, Tables Checking).
- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and quality assurance using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for non-specialist users.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage strict deadlines.
