Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo Nursery is looking for a motivated and experienced Early Years Assistant to join our dedicated team. We are seeking an educator who is truly committed to enhancing our provision and providing our children with excellent opportunities to learn and develop.
Specifically, you will be a key part of our vibrant and busy 2-3 year old room. This is a high-energy age group where your ability to foster curiosity and support rapid developmental milestones will truly shine. At our nursery, you’ll join a supportive, experienced, and fun team who are dedicated to creating a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment.
We pride ourselves on the exciting, nurturing spaces we offer our little learners, and we are looking for a candidate with a sound knowledge of how to support and extend children’s learning at every stage.

Our nursery is open all year, with only three short closure periods: one week at Christmas and two weeks during the summer. If you’re caring, reliable, and excited about making a difference to young children’s lives, we would love to hear from you! This is a permanent, full year opportunity, working 35 hours per week (8am - 4pm) and offers an hourly rate of £12.21 based on qualification.
