This is an incredible opportunity to join our team; we are looking for bank staff teaching assistants to work with us to cover staff sickness. This opportunity gives flexibility to new team members in terms of the number of days / hours you are available to work and in the past has frequently led to staff taking up a permanent role in the school.

We are searching for caring and compassionate professionals who are eager to develop meaningful connections with our children and support them in their educational journey. At our school, we firmly believe in fostering an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. As such, we are dedicated to providing a high-quality educational experience for all children, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND).

We require teaching assistants who are enthusiastic and committed to ensuring the progress and well-being of every student in our care. We consider teaching assistants as an integral part of our educational team, working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to facilitate effective learning experiences.

Your role would involve providing additional support to individual students or small groups, reinforcing knowledge, and adapting resources to meet diverse learning needs. Additionally, you may assist in the implementation of personalised education plans for students with SEND, working closely with our Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion.

We are seeking reliable individuals who will be dedicated to their role, consistently demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic. Your commitment to punctuality and attendance is crucial, as it directly impacts the children’s continuity of learning. It is imperative that as a teaching assistant, you embrace the responsibility of being a role model for our students.

To ensure you are equipped to excel in your role, we offer regular professional development opportunities. This includes both in-house training sessions and external workshops focused on enhancing your teaching and support skills. We are committed to supporting the continuous growth and development of our staff, enabling you to provide the best possible educational support to our students.

If you possess the required qualities and believe you would be an ideal fit for our school, we would love to hear from you.
