The Lenham School is an OFSTED GOOD school with an exciting opportunity to join our successful Team. We are currently recruiting for a new post - Reading Intervention Mentor and Librarian to support with reading engagement, fluency, comprehension, across the secondary school. If you are passionate about working in a dynamic team to provide inclusive support, contributing to all students achieving their academic potential, we would love to hear from you.

Drive and passion will be essential prerequisites for a successful application. We are a dedicated, collaborative team of professionals who enjoy welcoming new staff, new ideas and fresh input. Opportunities, including career progression, are actively sought for all staff across the school. Collaboration with like-minded colleagues across the Multi-Academy Trust (VIAT) is set up to provide networking, support, quality assurance and friendship.
