About the Role
As our Deputy Manager, you will:
- Lead the daily running of the preschool room
- Support and guide staff to deliver high‑quality interactions and teaching
- Act on behalf of the manager when required
- Help plan and deliver an engaging EYFS‑aligned curriculum
- Build strong relationships with children and families as a Key Person
- Support children’s emotional wellbeing, learning and development
- Act as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Ensure practice meets statutory requirements and Ofsted expectations
- Contribute to a positive, reflective and professional team culture
