We are looking for a brilliant Cleaner to join our Premises Team on a part-time basis. The successful candidates will be providing a clean and stimulating learning environment under the line management of the Site Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a clean and stimulating learning environment under the line management of the Site Manager.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Cleaning experience will be advantageous.
  • An understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to the role.
  • Verification of qualifications will be required before employment can commence; please do not declare any qualifications unless you can produce the original certificate.
  • Right to work in the UK documentation.
  • Subject to online checks following Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025.
  • All new employees are subject to a 6 month probationary period.

Details

  • Hours: 10 hours per week, from 3:30pm – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Term Time only, 2 hours per day plus extra hours as required in school holidays for deep cleaning (usually Easter or Summer).
  • Pay scale is set at KSA (£26,168 for a full-time post) with an actual salary of approximately £6,008 per annum.

A formal interview will take place with a panel comprising the Headteacher and HR Officer to explore the candidate's application and suitability for the post.
