The predicted salary is between 21600 - 36000 ÂŁ per year.

We are currently looking to recruit tutors who are either educated to a Graduate level OR hold a professional ABA qualification OR have the knowledge to pass an ABA theoretical exam.

You will be working with children with autism, implementing learning and behaviour programs set by our qualified teachers and behaviour specialist using techniques based on the principles of ABA/PBS. You will work either 1-to-1 with pupils or in small groups of pupils. You will be trained to lead teaching groups of up to 5 pupils as well as covering Teacher led lessons in their absence (no planning required). You may be required to take the lead for offsite trips and snack and lunch duties.

You will be required to assist senior tutors in assessing pupil progress, reading assessments and providing less experienced staff with theoretical and hands-on training (post completion of probation). This is a fun and rewarding hands-on role, where no two days are the same. You will need to be creative, have a positive attitude and be committed to providing an excellent school experience to our pupils.

For posts in regulated activity, the DBS check will include a relevant barred list check (Children’s and/or Adults barred list check depending on the role).
