The role is for 23.75 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, term time only. The salary is KentScheme A £24,513FTE, pro-rata to an actual annual salary of £13,364.23.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Kitchen Chef Manager, you will play an essential part in ensuring our food service is the best that it can be.
  • You will be working in our kitchens providing extra support and covering absence.
  • Your duties will be varied, including basic food preparation, serving pupils and staff, and washing up and helping to keep the kitchen clean, tidy and safe.

Training and Requirements

  • You will be expected to undertake training, which you will be paid for, and we will provide you with uniform.
  • Experience of working in a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential.
