An opportunity has become available for somebody to join our incredible team at The Academy of Woodlands as we are seeking to recruit a Nursery Officer to work as part of the Rivermead Inclusive Trust. We are looking for a talented and dedicated member of staff who is enthusiastic and can work on their own initiative. All candidates must have an Early Childhood Qualification.

You will:

  • Provide a wide range of exciting and challenging teaching and learning experiences, through well planned, free flow and adult led activities. Duties will include taking on the key person role, carrying out activities, promoting parent partnership with your key children’s families, having an understanding of safeguarding within Early Years & working well as part of a team.
  • Be eager to extend your skills and progress in your career
  • Be passionate, flexible and proactive in your role
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Be able to work well in a team
