The predicted salary is between 29000 - 30000 £ per year.

We are looking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Nursery Manager to work 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, leading our nursery provision and providing outstanding care, learning and development opportunities for our youngest children. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification) and have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

This is a key leadership role where building positive relationships with children, families and staff is essential. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, develop confidence and make excellent progress. We have high expectations for all children and promote an inclusive culture where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential through high-quality early years provision and care.
