We are looking for an innovative and inspirational Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher, you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Work with the teacher to develop resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Support the development and implementation of provisions that meet the learning needs of each pupil.
