We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and student-focused individual to join our successful Sixth Form team as a Sixth Form Student Study Support and Opportunities Coordinator. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our Sixth Form provision.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students to achieve their academic potential, develop independent study skills and access the wide range of opportunities available to them as they prepare for university, apprenticeships and future careers. You will oversee directed study sessions, support student attendance and engagement, monitor academic progress and work closely with students, tutors, teachers and pastoral staff to ensure every student receives the guidance and support they need to succeed.
The role also offers exciting opportunities to contribute to careers guidance, university applications, enrichment programmes, the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), and wider Sixth Form events, including enrolment and results days. In addition, the successful candidate will provide classroom cover across the school when required.
