We have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to be front of house and to provide day to day reception and administrative support to our school and office team every day. This is a term-time only plus INSET DAYS position Monday & Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am - 12:00pm. Total number of hours 24.5 per week (KSA £26,168fte, approximate pro rata salary would be £15171).
The successful candidate must have extensive experience in the use of a wide range of computer software, e.g. spreadsheets, word processing and diary systems; must possess a good telephone manner and be confident and skilled in liaising with parents, governors, staff and pupils. Previous experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage.
