Cornwallis Academy is seeking an ambitious, inspirational and talented Lead Teacher of Computing who has the ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and further develop our growing Computing department. As Lead Teacher of Computing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the subject across the Academy, ensuring a high-quality curriculum and outstanding teaching and learning experiences for all students. You will work closely with colleagues to drive continuous improvement, promote innovation in the classroom, and raise achievement across all key stages.

The successful candidate will lead on curriculum planning and development, support and coach colleagues within the department, share best practice, and help to further enhance the provision and profile of Computing across the Academy. You will be passionate about developing the next generation of digital learners and committed to ensuring that every student achieves their full potential.
