Data Manager Required for July 2026 Kent Scheme KS F £30,442 - £33,184 per annum. Full-time 37 hours per week term-time, plus 4 weeks, including A Level & GCSE results days. 8am-4.00pm Monday-Thursday and Friday 8am-3.30pm.

Data Manager role within Maidstone Grammar School for Girls, involving strategic and operational responsibilities for the school’s information management systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Take operational responsibility for the management, development, and integrity of the School Information Management System (SIMS) and integrated school portal, EduLink One.
  • Produce strategic information on student progress, behaviour, and achievement to inform school strategy in close collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support the smooth administrative running of the school by ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for all stakeholders.
  • Work for 42 weeks per year, receiving pro-rata entitlement to Annual Leave, Bank Holidays and the KCC concessionary day as outlined in the salary package.
Qualifications:
  • Open to a recently qualified graduate with a relevant degree or an experienced professional with a proven track record of data management within an educational setting.
