New Ash Green Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Classroom Teaching Assistant, on a term time only, fixed term contract until 31st August 2027. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 28.75 hours per week.
The successful applicant will have a good standard of education (equivalent to GCSE grade 'C' in at least English and maths). We are also looking for candidates with:

- The ability to develop positive relationships with all children.
- Optimism, energy, resilience and creativity.
- Emotional resilience and the ability to support emotional well-being.
New Ash Green Primary School is a very happy and exciting school. We offer exceptional working conditions and resources. The role varies and includes working one to one, working with groups, (both within and outside the classroom) to deliver interventions. Colleagues are keen to support one another.
We are looking for people who are determined to secure the absolute best for each pupil and will work hard to ensure every child achieves everything of which they are capable. Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills. Teaching Assistant qualifications, previous experience and/or an understanding of child development would be an advantage.
