We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Phonics Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, leading targeted phonics interventions and supporting the delivery of high-quality early reading across the school.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant HLTA qualification (or equivalent) and have experience of delivering the Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised programme.

They will support pupils requiring additional phonics intervention, monitor progress and work collaboratively with teachers to ensure consistently high-quality phonics provision.
