An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the support staff team here at Littlebourne CEP School. The context of our school is changing rapidly. There has been a sharp increase in the number of children with special education needs - and ensuring that these children make the strongest possible progress is at the top of our priority list.
We are looking to recruit a dedicated teaching assistant to lead on interventions across the school, with a particular focus on supporting children with speech and language difficulties. The successful candidate will have an unwavering commitment to our children, doing all they can to ensure they achieve the strongest outcomes.
The successful candidate should have experience of working with children from EYFS to Year 6 and be comfortable in adapting their practice to suit all ages.
