Little Oaks Nursery and Baby Room Margate, set in the heart of the local community, is currently seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team. We are looking for the right person to join our team of passionate Early Years educators, with a minimum of a level 2 or 3 qualification, and teachers who would like to make the move into Early Years. If you are level 2 qualified and keen to gain your level 3 and are striving to progress your career and prospects, please do apply too! More than anything, you must be passionate, flexible, loyal, keen to learn more, a team player and have an ability to think outside of the box. The position available is all year round, either 2 or 4 days per week, so may suit someone seeking a work/life balance. Are you returning to childcare after a break? We would love to hear from you too. We have a warm and homely environment, both indoors and out, with fantastic resources, but truly believe that our staff team are the best resource and make the biggest difference to our children's early years journey.
