Invicta Grammar School is a highly respected school offering an exciting opportunity to build on the achievements of a flagship department. We are looking to appoint a Lead Teacher of Music to join us in September 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a very successful department, overseeing both the curriculum and an extensive extra-curricular programme, with the support of the VIAT Director of Music and the VIAT Deputy Director of Music.

You will have a passion for music and can convey this to students. The postholder will plan and teach engaging lessons, assess and track progress, maintain a safe and well-managed environment, and contribute to curriculum development and the wider life of the school.
