Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality History lessons that engage and challenge students across various key stages and subjects.
- Lead curriculum development and share best practices to improve teaching across the department.
- Use data and innovative approaches to improve student outcomes in History.
- Provide leadership and support to colleagues, helping them to grow in their teaching practice.
- Work with the senior leadership team to lead on aspects of whole school improvement with the Teaching & Learning Team.
