Chilmington Green School is a co-educational, non-selective Secondary school which opened in September 2023. It will grow to become a 6-form entry school with a sixth form of 240 pupils. The school will build on United Learning’s successful track record locally and nationally, providing an excellent secondary education for local children. Our values of Ambition, Respect and Determination underpin the ethos and culture of our school.
We are currently looking for excellent, highly-motivated staff, with the vision and aspiration to be a part of a school from its opening through to its first A-level results day; bringing to life the United Learning ethos of the Best in Everyone through a curriculum, culture, environment, and structure that provides an exceptional educational offer for local young people.
We are looking to recruit a Pastoral and Inclusion Officer Assistant - SEN to support our SEN students, and their families, in mainstream school life. The successful candidate will join the school in September 2026 and will join a small team of staff. The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced and growing pastoral team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to shape and grow with the school throughout its formative years.
Responsibilities- Excellent behaviour management and an inclusive ethos, willing to learn school behaviour systems and apply them consistently and ask for support when needed.
- Drive and determination to ensure that Chilmington Green School is successfully established with high expectations.
- Dedication to their own professional development.
