We have a vacancy for a term time Administrative Assistant who is a well-organised, efficient and enthusiastic person to join our team in the school office in providing a range of administrative support, including our yearly Admissions intake and reception services. This role provides an exciting opportunity to act as the first point of contact in a vibrant school.
You will have the ability to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions and to work to tight deadlines in a methodical manner, observing confidentiality at all times. If you’re an enthusiastic and confident communicator who enjoys a fast-paced office setting, we’d love to hear from you!
