Ripplevale School is a successful Independent Special School for pupils aged between 6-18. We provide a nurturing and caring environment for pupils with ASD. We are looking to employ a Human Resources Manager. The post will be working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours. The post is over 52 weeks a year with an attractive annual leave package.

You will be supporting the Senior Leadership Team, leading on staff recruitment and HR issues and organising staff training. Applicants should have experience in the area of Human Resources, hold a recognised HR qualification, have excellent IT skills, be organised and efficient, with an approachable and supportive manner.
